1. 基本情况

张静，营口理工学院电气工程学院教师，教授，工学博士，从事计算机教学工作，辽宁省教学名师，现是营口理工学院智能科学与技术专业负责人，学术委主任，信息中心主任。先后承担、参与省、市、企业科研项目10余项，发表论文20余篇，获辽宁省教学成果三等奖1项。

学习经历

1990-1994 现辽宁科技大学     学士；

1998-2002 辽宁师范大学大学   硕士；

2004-2007 韩国国立庆尚大学   博士。
